IC Codes are used to quickly describe a person's apparent ethnicity, they are:
IC1: White (North European)
IC2: White (South European)
IC3: Black
IC4: Asian (Indian subcontinent)
IC5: Oriental (East Asian)
IC6: Arabic (Middle Eastern)
IC9: Unknown

State 0 - Panic, Emergency Assistance
State 1 - On duty.
State 2 - On patrol.
State 3 - At Station (Available).
State 4 - On break.
State 5 - Enroute to the incident.
State 6 - At scene.
State 7 - Committed - Deployable
State 8 Committed - Not Deployable
State 9 - Prisoner escort needed.
State 10 - At court
State 11 - Off duty
State 12 - Confidential Message
State 13 - Non-Urgent Call Back
State 14 - Urgent Call Back
State 15 - Received.
State 16 - Repeat
'10' Codes are not generally used in UK police radio communications, they are generally used with CB (citizens' band) radios. US law enforcement use a large number of 10 codes. Here are some common ones you may hear in the UK:
10-1: Receiving poorly.
10-2: Receiving well.
10-3: Stop transmitting.
10-4: Message received/OK.
10-5: Relay this message.
10-6: Busy, stand by.
10-7: Out of service.
10-8: In service.
10-9: Repeat message.
10-10: Transmission complete, standing by.
10-13: Advise weather and road conditions.
10-20: My location is... / What's your location?
10-33: Emergency traffic at this station.
10-42: Traffic accident at...ย
